Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All refunds are issued as Store Credit.
Please note the following details regarding our return process:
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all packaging intact.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include: custom marked products, socks and headbands. Please check individual product pages for return eligibility.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All orders go through a quality assurance check before shipping, this process is recorded and will be reviewed if any order issues are reported.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Return Method
To initiate a return, you can contact us at orders@vibesnvinyasa.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return requests will be reviewed and further instructions will be provided once the request has been approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Your refund will then be issued as store credit on a gift card you can use in the future. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return and you have not received your gift card, please contact us at orders@vibesnvinyasa.com.
